Reflections

        The webinar was highly informative and educational. Ma’am Roselyn Galang effectively introduced us to the concept of Virtual Assistants (VAs), covering their qualifications, starting points, and required skills. She shared her personal journey as a VA, discussing various challenges, the different types of VAs, essential skills, and the services they provide.

        We then explored AI-powered tools that can enhance productivity, efficiency, and creativity for VAs. Leveraging these tools can significantly boost one’s productivity, enable the offering of more services, and improve recognition, ultimately attracting more clients.

        Ma’am Roselyn also encouraged us to use AI responsibly by employing appropriate prompts and choosing the right tools to streamline our tasks. In addition, she taught us about email etiquette and how to effectively use AI in developing our portfolios.

Practical Application

        This knowledge is crucial for pursuing VA roles. I gained insights into different VA types and the services they offer. Additionally, learning email etiquette will help maintain professionalism when communicating with clients. I also appreciate how AI tools can support developing a standout portfolio.

        The webinar was well-organized, and Ma’am Roselyn was an engaging speaker who communicated her ideas clearly. She encouraged attendees to explore VA opportunities and was open to questions, responding kindly and confidently. Her passion and expertise on the topic were evident throughout the session.
