Reflection Paper on The Onsite Seminar Title: “Cloudstaff ROAR Year End Party 2025”

The "Cloudstaff ROAR Year-End Party 2025" took place on December 6, 2025, at the Philippine Arena. This event was organized by Cloudstaff, a business service known for delivering excellent outsourcing solutions and fostering a positive work environment for its employees.

I found the event both entertaining and exciting. It was a fantastic opportunity for us to take a break and enjoy ourselves, as Cloudstaff organized a free concert featuring one of the top P-pop artists and groups. This experience was particularly memorable for me because I had always wanted to attend a concert, even though I wasn't a big fan of the specific artist performing. Nonetheless, I was glad to be there with my friends, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that we received all the tickets for free.

At first, I didn’t care much about the artists, and my primary goal was just to meet our seminar requirements. However, I ended up enjoying the event much more than I anticipated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I truly appreciated.

The main takeaways for me were how they managed such a large event and how one of the artists, Yael Yuzon, was able to connect with the audience, creating a strong bond. Those aspects really stood out to me.

The concert was great, even though we weren't able to arrive at the event at the very beginning. However, I think we timed our arrival perfectly. I would definitely attend more concerts in the future, especially to see artists I truly want to watch. I never realized how entertaining a concert could be; I always thought it would be the same as watching from a phone screen. Sitting far back didn’t detract from the experience; it was all about feeling the energy and vibe of the event. The speakers were incredibly loud, and the video screens were clear. What enhanced my experience even more was the company I chose to share it with. Although I'm not a huge fan of OPM (Original Pilipino Music) like I used to be, it brought back many good memories.

I don’t have any specific suggestions for improvements, but I am truly grateful for their generosity in providing us with free tickets. Their events have created a wonderful experience for everyone who attended, allowing people to enjoy themselves and connect with loved ones. It is a privilege to participate in such an event.
